Crina Negoita advises on all type of civil, commercial and employment matters. She represents corporate clients in extra judicial arrangements, commercial and employment litigation, fraud and white-collar cases. Crina is also a data protection (RGPD) specialist.
Crina graduated in 2005 from the Police school Vasile Lascar where she obtained her diploma as a police officer. She obtained her law degree from the Spiru Haret University, Bucharest (2007) and holds an LL.M in Space, Communication and Media Law from the University of Luxembourg (2018).
Prior to joining Carstoiu Luxembourg Attorneys, Crina practiced as a police officer for 7 years, and afterwards gained relevant experience as a lawyer in several esteemed Luxembourg law firms.
She is a member of the executive committee of the European Lawyers’ Union (U.A.E.).
Crina was admitted to practice in Luxembourg as a lawyer (avocat, list II) in 2018.
Crina advises in Luxembourgish, French, English and Romanian and has a good working knowledge of German and Italian.
